These smart two-tone high visibility jackets feature PU coated polyester outer fabric with a 4oz quilt nylon padding, 3M Scotchlite tape, a heavy duty zip front with studded storm flap, two outer pockets with storm flaps, and an inside breast pocket. They also have a concealed velcro-in hood with drawcord plus fully stitched and taped seams. Conforms to EN1150. As this is specifically a child's garment it is zero-rated for VAT.
